What is Friends Of Treebo now?
Neha, Shristi and Supriya didn’t have to do anything special to become a mystery auditor with Treebo. They just had a keen sense and an eye for detail. Friends of Treebo is a crowd-sourced mystery audit program that has over 1700 travel enthusiasts now. They stay in Treebo hotels spread across 120+ cities and give unbiased feedback afterwards. It doesn’t end there. Members are rewarded for helping Treebo maintain high standards.
How Does It Work?
People who wish to be FOTs are supposed to fill out a Google form. After a property is launched these FOTs visit the property in the morning. The early hours help them to judge the breakfast and the dining area as well. The common areas and 2-3 rooms are also audited. This process takes around 2-3 hours. A detailed feedback along with images are submitted via Google form. The feedback helps Treebo to maintain impeccable standards and resolve issues quickly. You can find the Terms & Conditions here.
What Do You Get From It?
Once the audit is over, members get a certain amount of cash prize. The FOTs also have the freedom to do multiple audits and accumulate several cash prizes.
