What is Treebo’s Lowest Price Guarantee?
After booking a Treebo hotel through our website or app, using the coupon provided, if you manage to find a lower rate for the same booking*, the same day on any online platform, take a screenshot and send it to pricematch@treebo.com.
Once your claim is validated and verified, will match the lower price and even provide an additional discount of 25% on your Treebo hotel booking up to a maximum of Rs.2000 per booking.
How does it work?
It’s simple! Book a Treebo through our Treebo Club App or website using the coupon provided, and if you find a lower price online for the same booking* on the same day (before 12 midnight), send us a screenshot of the booking quote page to pricematch@treebo.com.
Once your claim is verified we will match the lower price on your current booking and provide you with an additional discount of 25%, up to a maximum of 2000/- INR per booking.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used.
Terms and Conditions:
- This ‘Lowest Price Guarantee’ program is only applicable to existing Treebo hotel bookings.
- Your claim must match your current booking – the date, hotel and room type must be the same.
- All claims must be made on the day the Treebo hotel booking is made, before midnight.
- Once your claim is validated, the additional 25% discount, up to a maximum of 2000/- INR, will be credited within 7 working days.
- The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used by you while booking a hotel by Treebo Club. For example, if you use net banking or pay using your debit/credit card, the refund will be made based on the method you used.
- The lower price found on other platforms must be available to the public and not part of any membership/loyalty program.
- Claims made are subject to Treebo’s verification process and all decisions are binding.
- This offer is time bound and Treebo reserves the right to withdraw it without prior notice.
