In May 2017, we had our very first Treebo Comedy Trip and the response was phenomenal. Rahul Subramanian blew the crowd away with his relatable comedy on budget hotels and life. Now, Comedy Trips is back again with Varun Thakur, the stand-up comedian and actor from Mumbai who has gained plenty of social media attention. The 29-year old will be performing at St. John’s Medical College on the 25th of February, 2018.
What do we hope to achieve from all this you ask?
We want to create a multi-series initiative, where we hope to make comedy a widespread experience all across India. We’re aiming to take both travel and comedy to new heights and in the process bring a delightful experience to every city.
Our series will get in the most popular, up-and-coming comedians from all over India to travel to a city unfamiliar to them. They will share their adventures with you and you also get to watch them live in a new city every time.
